EXCERPTS

Le Neve Groves has alleged her signature was forged on margin loan documents made by her childcare empire partner Eddy Groves.

In documents filed in Queensland's Supreme Court, Dr Groves has also alleged that her former husband Eddy "denied access" to transaction information for a joint bank account said to hold proceeds of ABC Learning Centres' dividends.

Dr Groves co-founded ABC with Mr. Groves in 1988. The childcare empire collapsed last November and in October Dr Groves separately sued him for $44 million.

Dr Groves alleged in court documents in October that Mr. Groves, Citigroup and BT Securities "unjustly enriched" themselves in selling her shares when Mr. Groves copped a margin call. She denied agreeing to guarantee his loans.
