Specifically, they address: develop a universially accessible system of high quality child care, spending, low fees or no fees for every family - addres affordability by providing funds to child care programs instread of individuals, decent work & professional pay for registered early childhood educators (RECE), limit expansion to public & non-profit child care programs, commitement to work with First Nation, Metis, Inuit and urban Indigenous peoples to strengthen and expand child care, commitement to improve and expand access to child care for children with special needs, commitement to review and improve full day kindergarten.
