In a virtual news conference, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discusses the federal government’s progress in improving access to child care and early learning in Manitoba. The province is expanding eligibility on February 6 for its subsidy program, which is expected to triple the number of children currently supported in regulated child care spaces.
