This second annual report provides an accounting to the public of the Ontario National Child Benefit savings and reinvestment expenditures in 1999 by the province's forty-seven Consolidated Municipal Services Managers (including ten District Social Services Administration Boards) and provides information on planned reinvestment strategies for 2000.
